Lymphatic Flow & Self-Care Ritual Workshop
Join us for a rejuvenating reset combining lymphatic-supportive yoga, breathwork, self-lymphatic drainage massage and gua sha to encourage circulation, release stagnation, and leave you feeling refreshed and radiant.
A calm reset for body, breath and lymphatic flow
This 90 minute workshop has been created as a gentle space to reconnect with your body and learn simple tools to support your lymphatic system.
The session brings together mindful movement, breathwork, self-lymphatic drainage massage and gua sha. Each element has been chosen to support relaxation, encourage healthy circulation and help you leave feeling clearer, lighter and more refreshed.
The workshop is suitable for all experience levels and is especially suited to those interested in women’s wellbeing, lymphatic health, chronic conditions, stress support and gentle self-care practices.
What the workshop includes
A 90 minute workshop to reconnect with your body and learn tools to support your lymphatic system. There’ll be teas & snacks and you’ll also go home with a goody bag including oils & a gua sha tool.
Lymphatic-supportive yoga
Gentle, accessible movement designed to support flow, mobility and body awareness.
Breathwork
Simple breathing practices to calm the nervous system, settle the body and support a sense of ease.
Self-lymphatic drainage
Guided massage techniques you can continue using at home as part of your own self-care routine.
Gua sha ritual
A soothing facial and self-care practice using a gua sha tool to encourage circulation and relaxation.
Teas & snacks
Time to pause, settle and enjoy gentle refreshments as part of the workshop experience.
Goody bag
Includes oils and a gua sha tool to help you continue your self-care ritual at home.
Meet your workshop facilitators
Andi Ferreira
Andi will guide the breathwork, self-lymphatic drainage massage and gua sha elements of the workshop.
Cat Butterfield
Cat will guide the lymphatic-supportive yoga, helping you move gently and reconnect with your body.
Location
The workshop will take place at River Room Studio, Westbury Wildlife Park, Bristol, BS9 3ET.
There is parking available at Westbury Wildlife Park.
Fire & Ice Wellness is also located within the grounds, which may suit anyone looking to continue their self-care after the workshop.

- Wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in.
