Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment so you have time to settle in and feel calm and comfortable before we begin. Please do not arrive any earlier, as I may still be with another client.

Please wear light, comfortable clothing that is easy to remove and put back on. For your comfort, we recommend wearing your hair up in a loose bun or ponytail. If you forget a hair tie, don’t worry — I have plenty available.

I recommend removing jewellery before your treatment. If you wear makeup, please keep it to a minimum, as oil may be applied to the face and hair depending on your treatment.

The same applies as above — please wear something light and comfortable. You will be provided with a towel insert, which you will wear inside the sauna blanket for comfort and hygiene.

The HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket uses far-infrared heat to gently warm the body, encouraging peripheral circulation, easing muscular tension and promoting deep relaxation. Used before massage or manual lymphatic drainage, the warmth helps prepare the body for hands-on treatment by gently warming and relaxing the tissues, while creating a calm and restorative state.

The heat may also support healthy circulation and microcirculation, making it a lovely complement to massage and lymphatic treatments. It is not intended as a detox treatment or a replacement for manual lymphatic drainage, but rather as a relaxing and warming preparation for your treatment.

If you book by phone, full payment is required at the time of booking by bank transfer, as I do not have a card machine. My bank details will be provided when your booking is confirmed. Alternatively, cash payment can be made on arrival.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your treatment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price, which is non-refundable and covers the booking deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your treatment, including no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment price.
