“My name is Andreia, and I am a Specialist Nurse Practitioner with over ten years’ experience working within the NHS. I am also a trained Massage Therapist and offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage as part of a clinically informed, supportive approach to care.
Much of my career has been spent working with people living with long-term conditions and chronic pain. While these experiences can’t always be “fixed”, they can be better supported. My focus is on creating a calm, respectful clinical space where people feel listened to, understood, and cared for as individuals.
Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage naturally complement my nursing practice. They allow me to support the body gently and thoughtfully, helping ease discomfort, reduce tension, and improve day-to-day wellbeing. This work reflects how I believe care should feel — professional, compassionate, and centred on helping people improve their day-to-day quality of life and manage their pain.”
