Treatments are primarily offered from my private home treatment room in south Bristol, with selected Sunday appointments available at Trika Yoga and occasional workshops throughout the year.

Online clinical consultations are also available remotely, wherever you are.

Sunday Appointments at Trika Yoga
Selected Sunday afternoon appointments are also available at Trika Yoga in Bristol.
This is an additional studio option, while most appointments continue to take place from the home treatment room.
